| Exquisite 19th Century European Lamp which was likely converted from a kerosene lamp or elegant samovar; exquisite enameling, and patterned gilding throughout. very likely Russian. 15" (38.10 cm) to top of ceramic, 41.50" (105.40 cm) to top of finial, 11" (27.94 cm) square base. Some restoration to base; minor wear to gilding; custom plaster-like decoration around the container opening has much of the perimeter decoration missing, likely a necessary happening when the lamp has been taken apart in the past; this is restorable, or replaceable if desired; finally, there is overall, age-confirming crazing.
