| Attractive twelve-piece, Ecru ground, Fine English Porcelain Dessert Set, four cups in lovely Tulip Shape, four matching foliate rim saucers, and four matching dessert / biscuit plates in a square shape; all with extensive brilliant gilding around the perimeter, and the rims; the cup handles are also heavily gilded. Made in 1932, by "Standard China," of England, and so-signed on the base. Cups are 3" (7.62 cm) tall, 2.75" (6.98 cm) diameter; saucers are 5.5" (13.97 cm) diameter; biscuit plates are 6" (15.24 cm) diameter. All in excellent condition, a few with a little age-confirming crazing; and slight wear to the gilding. c. 1932. $18 US Shipping. | |||||||||||
