Beautiful, old, repousse figural SALT SPOON, in "835" Silver, with a single illegible hallmark (possibly an "S" in a circle); could be German, Dutch, or from Belgium. Fine quality with a shell bowl and rose tip with the handle being the stem of the rose. Measures about 2-1/4" long, 5/8" diameter bowl.

Shipton & Co. STERLING SILVER SALT SPOON, with JADE 3-leaf clover handle. Twisted silver handle topped by what we believe is a nephrite jade clover (although we do not guarantee it to be jade). Marked on bowl as "silver" with the Shipton & Co circa 1935 hallmarks. Shipton & Co., Ltd., Birmingham, England, have been in business since 1870 to present. While the bowl does not state "sterling," it does test positive for sterling silver...
