19th Century, hand-colored Engraving, "Lincoln From The Castle," after the original painting by Thomas Allom (1804-1872), engraved by Frederick James Havell (1801-1840). The 4" x 6" image is attractively triple-matted and framed in giltwood, to 12" x 13". Possibly from the book, "The Counties of Chester, Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Rutland, and Lincoln Illustrated," 1836-1837.
