Highly glazed, brilliant white, porcelain letter holder in ornate, Italian Rococo relief pattern, signed on base, "Gerold Porzellan, Bavaria, Made in Western Germany," and logo, mark of 1949 onward; impressed style number of "6709." 9.5" (24.13 cm) wide, 6.5" (16.51 cm) tall, 5.5" (13.97 cm) deep. Oh so sweet, newborn zebra of German porcelain, signed on the edge of base in black ink, "Germany," and the house logo for Hertwig & Co. in underglaze green, plus "K18" and an impressed number "76."
