19th Century Quadruple Plate Figural Toothpick Holder by "Derby Silver Company," so marked, and also marked with "M&B Sterling." The plating on the toothpick urn is well worn in areas, especially the back, but the attached child pulling off his shoes and socks, seems to be completely intact. We have done no testing, but suggest that the boy may be the "sterling" part stated in the mark. We cannot guarantee it is sterling, but can find no other explanation for ...click for details
