Antique crystal Goblet in unusual design of ferns engraved around the base of the bowl, and complementing border near the rim, all gilded-over. Faceted stem, disk knop, and faceted knop attaches to the foot. French Opaline Open Urn sits suspended in its own bronze, three-footed mount. The base of the urn has a large, faceted knop. We suggest this might originally have been a goblet which was probably damaged at some point, and we have here a clever rescue; the remaining goblet stem was faceted on the grinding wheel, and the bronze mount was custom made for this piece. Three-piece matching set of Antique, Charles Field Haviland, Limoges, France Porcelain Serving Pieces. Delicately stenciled pattern in chocolate, with floral accents handpainted in yellow, grey, and brown. Scattered raised hand-enameling throughout; two gilded interior "handles" in scroll and leaf motif. Set consists of three rectangular pieces, all with rounded, scalloped corners:
Delicate pink glass containing tiny specks of darker pink (mottled), and lots of included gold. The finial is in the shape of a large 5-petal flower which has been tool-worked to show texture; six large stamen are richly included with gold, and all is attached to the center of the lid. A roped glass crystal border encircles the base, also gold included, as is the entire bowl. Both the base and the inside of the lid retain their sharp, snapped-off pontils.
