Sales Policy
All items are on Consignment from private parties, from many different cities of the World. Because of the diversity of location, and individual ownership of each item, we must have an ALL SALES FINAL policy. This means that we invite you to ask all questions, including requests for additional photos, prior to purchase, so that you will be certain of the items.

ELC has examined each item thoroughly, and conducted necessary research on each item, so please be assured that each item is described with as much detail and integrity as possible. Please call any perceived omissions to our attention.

DOMESTIC PAYMENT for all items shall be through PAYPAL INSTANT PURCHASE (we will hold the item for up to 24 hours only), by hovering your cursor over the inquire/order button, and clicking on "buy now via PayPal"; PayPal will accept all major credit cards.
or via WIRE TRANSFER (International or Domestic), within seven (7) days of acceptance of the intent to purchase. All FOREIGN PAYMENTS will be via WIRE TRANSFER. Again, because the property belongs to a number of individual parties, we are unable to accept credit cards or other online payment sources, other than PayPal (Domestic) or Wire Transfer (Foreign).
CHECKS may sometimes be accepted, and must be approved before we will hold the item. Please email us if you wish to pay by check.

SHIPPING will follow eventual confirmation of funds by a few days. In all instances, a TRACKING number of some type will be provided the Buyer, and a signature will be required upon delivery; every item will be extremely well packed and fully insured. We use Federal Express and U.S. Postal Service.

As stated earlier, all items have been described to the best of our knowledge, combined with the information given us by the seller, and in some instances, formal Appraisals are provided.

All precious metal and gemstone JEWELRY has received a verbal appraisal by the fine jewelers, Mitchener & Farrand in Oklahoma City. Should you require a written appraisal, they will be happy to provide same, at their regular appraisal fees. Please inquire.

We make no guarantees beyond our statements, and of course, our written statements, although based on fact, research, and sometimes appraisal, must be considered strictly as OPINIONS. We must ask the Buyer to be responsible for final judgment to accept or reject our opinion. We assume that you accept the information provided when purchasing.
